I’m an entrepreneur in my heart. But for a long time, I had neither the time nor the energy to pursue the projects that spark a light in me. All because of the asthma & eczema I was suffering from since childhood. As soon as I became more independent from my parents, I started to look everywhere for solutions. It took me almost 10 years to find an osteopath and a holistic nutrition coach with whom I released my lungs and brought my skin back in balance.

This all happened because deep down, I knew that my body has the power to heal. I also knew I had to start as soon as possible. Imbalances were a long time ahead of me and healing would take time.

Complete healing happened a few months ago for me but I had made a promise to myself long before that: if I ever get out of it, I’ll help others to do the same, to find the balance that allows them to live a fully healthy life.

I came back from my yoga teacher training in India, started to study Ayurveda and brought my promise into life. So here I am today, urging you to get started with your health and encouraging you to be patient and loving to that body that will carry you on for many beautiful years to come.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurvedic medicine comes from the Indian tradition. It is considered to be the oldest holistic medicine in the world. It is recognized by the WHO as a medicine in its own right.

In Ayurveda, we are not only interested in problems, we treat the whole person through food, plants, massage, meditation, yoga postures. The aim is to restore balance in body and mind.

What trainings did you have?

I chose to train live and online but mostly to follow the footsteps of inspiring people. I believe very much in the Indian guru model who is trusted and who shares his knowledge without counting. I am therefore very inspired by, among others, Dr. Hansaji Jayadeva Yogendra, Rachna Chhachi and Dr. Vasant Lad with whom I have trained and learn every day.
