“It’s all in your head”, “Relax!”, “Stop worrying about nothing”, “When are you gonna stop worrying all the time?” If, like me, you’ve heard those phrases a hundred times, you’re what is called an “anxious” person
Since I started coaching, it’s been the common denominator of all the wonderful people I’ve coached. So I investigated.
“I am not a creative person.”
I don’t even count how many times I’ve repeated this sentence to people and to myself anymore. I don’t know how to sing, dance or draw so I didn’t consider myself as being part of the happy (creative) few.
I’m part of an online school for entrepreneurs. We teach people how to get their idea ready for launch in 6 weeks. We had a conversation about sales with the team the other day. It was one of those conversations where everyone is looking anywhere but at each other because people know they have divergent opinions. Then came the painful moment when we finally looked at each other, agreeing on the fact that none of us is good at sales.
I’m not from England but I love tea time! It’s a time I really take for myself around 4 or 5pm when I’m working from home to give my brain a break and get back on track for the late afternoon before sport and dinner.
Doing 108 sun salutations is a cleansing tradition to welcome the new season. Yogis do it on their own or gather to do it together (like I did over Zoom, hello Coronavirus).
